Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Thomas is a versatile, award winning actor based in Sullivan County, NY. He spent over 20 years on Wall Street before commencing his acting and writing career at the Upright Citizens Brigade in 2013. Thomas won his first acting award after being cast in the lead role of a short film submitted to the 2014 48-Hour Film Project.
Recent projects include Podcasts of old time radio shows including Our Miss Brooks, The Thin Man, and Big Town. Thomas is also writing and will perform in the new season of sketch comedy for Comedy Tribe. He recently completed shooting the new Indie feature length thriller An Angry Boy, as the lead role of psychopath Mark Doucette. Look for it on Amazon and select theaters in late 2023. He was recently cast in Melissa Bell's new play Zoe Comes Home, which opened at the Tusten Theatre in Narrowsburg, NY in October 2022, and returned for a second run in early May, 2023 before its NYC premiere at the Goddard Center May 20th. His latest project is the short film by Michael Barosky, Enigmatic, shot on location in Narrowsburg, NY.
He lives in the Catskill Mountains of New York State with his Labrador Retriever Maude.
